Introduction...........

Welcome! Thanks for coming by – we are always happy to get a visit from followers and new friends. Daisy Chain Quartet formed in 2011 to play 'Graftonbury', the celebrated local festival at The Golden Cross, Temple Grafton. Since this first gig we have been working hard to develop our live set and are very happy to say we are now about to release our first live album!! (We'll let you know when but it's all happening fast!)

Since January 2012 we played a sell out show at Stratford Upon Avon Folk Club, Friday eve special, at the Embassy Club, Stratford Upon Avon and we have never looked back. Our gig list is nicely building up and taking shape for the next few months ahead.

This week!!!! We are mixing our CD Album "Plenty" this Friday 18th May our last few tracks of our 13 track Album...Very Exciting!

Debut Album "Plenty" is on its way !!!

Album recording was on the last weekend of March at Rhythm Studios with Paul Johnston, we are now in the process of mixing and CD cover designing.......

Approach

Combining the exuberant spirit of English folk with a 21st Century sensibility - Daisy Chain Quartet brings warmth and fire. This band tingles your taste buds with salubrious tones from acoustic guitars/voice, cello and quirky beats. Their song writing is classic in form and brand new at the same time. There are tunes to make you cry, there are tunes to chill to and some to get your foot tapping. The songs are sweet and to the point of all things love and life. They end as fantastic as they begin. Our goal and our passion has been to work hard, entertain our fans, and just plain have fun. We are excited to be performing regularly, either as the full band, or intimate acoustic sessions and hope to see you soon at a show – take a look at our calendar, or just drop us a line.
